Transfer of registered office

Effective 30 December 2016 the insurer, Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) SE transferred its registered office from the United Kingdom and became a limited liability company incorporated in Germany. Its name has changed to Great Lakes Insurance SE.

What the changes mean to you

Other details, such as the insurer’s trading name, contact details, the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations as set out in your Policy Wording document (including our obligations under the relevant insurance contract(s) with you) are unaffected by the changes.
