      Cooling-off Period

      Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we’re confident you’ll be happy with your Cover-More Travel Insurance policy. However, if you’re not, we do allow you to cancel your policy—no questions asked—during the cooling-off period, which is within 21 calendar days of the date of purchase.

      To cancel your policy, call our customer service team on 0800 500 225.

      You will be eligible to receive a full refund of your policy premium if:

      • You have not already made a claim under the policy
      • You haven’t begun travelling yet
      • You cancel the policy within 21 calendar days from the date of issue
